How We Work
Every job starts the same way. You call, we ask a few questions, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts. Approve it and we get going, aiming for same-day where we can.
Payment stays simple
When the work is finished, you settle up on the spot by card or EFTPOS.
Nothing hidden
What you sign off on is what you pay, and no work begins before you have seen the figure on paper.

What We Carry Out
The day-to-day work splits across four areas, each with its own page of detail:
- Emergency plumbing: burst pipes, a toilet overflowing, a tank gone cold and any smell of gas.
- General plumbing: taps, cisterns and pans, kitchens and bathrooms, gas work and leaks you cannot see.
- Drainage: blocked drains, sewers, stormwater lines and camera inspections.
- Hot water: repairs on failing systems and full replacements.

The Patch We Know
One street, several eras
The housing here runs from pre-1940 Queenslanders through post-war fibro cottages to later units, so a single block can hold a stumped timber house with galvanised supply lines and a townhouse with flexi hoses packed behind its stove.
Drains laid in a rush
The older cottages went up around the old tram terminus near Clifford Street, and the earthenware drains laid in that 1950s rush still carry waste from dwellings the original pipework was never sized for.
Knowing which era a house belongs to tells our plumbers where to look first.
Questions About the Business

Do you give a price before starting?
Yes, you see the full figure in writing before anyone picks up a tool, and it does not move once the job is underway, no matter what we find behind the wall.
